Tralee Transition Town: Skills Directory Form

We are proposing to create a Skills Directory. This will be a list of services, skills, businesses and the local people that offer them. The idea of a Transition Town is to effect a change in our communities, our town, and our county. We all occasionally help, advice or services from experts. We should look locally, among ourselves before we look elsewhere. Within this group of people who are meeting regularly there are undoubtedly a huge resource of skills and knowledge.

We all have at least one skill, interest, hobby or maybe business that would be of use to other people here today, their friends and within the individuals and groups that will eventually make up the Transition Town process. Some of our skills might be quite unusual such as herbal medicine, sculpting or geo-thermal unit installation, others might be a little more conventional.

This is a voluntary directory. There is no obligation to complete this form, or to be involved in any way. Please only enter your details if you wish to be included in a Tralee Transition Towns Directory of Skills and Businesses.

It is not envisaged that any services contracted or transacted will be treated in any way different to the normal method or cost.
